Now when users get to the landing page, they immediately see a showcase carousel of pre-paid and credit-based plans. They can then log in to the updated dashboard, where they can manage their account, facilitated by the new quick pay and e-pin generation features.
Tinext’s solution was also delivered with turnkey functionalities that encourage purchases online, such as an e-store offering various devices and plans, a pre-order option and even a store locator and order pickup section. The user experience has been vastly improved, allowing customers to fulfil a wide range of functions online, with the portal entirely synched to the new version of the website.
