The first element to be given a new look and new functionality was the website. Tinext envisioned and implemented a highly responsive layout, information architecture and analysis features that cater to Amanat’s key visitors. The next step was integration with a third-party provider that offers investor relation services (Euroland), and a new WCMS (Magnolia CMS) for the management of news and events paired with a workflow implementation for its users, i.e. web editors and publishers. The functionality of the site was then backed by Tinext infrastructure to guarantee top performance.
Second on the list for an update was the Amanat intranet, digitizing the tasks of in-house resources for greater efficiency. Tinext delivered a solution to channel and manage employee collaborations in Sharepoint, featuring an IT help desk, a corporate calendar, a document library featuring an easy-to-use search function, and a user dashboard which highlights internal announcements, flash news items and updates, the employee handbook, HR questionnaires and a “tips & tricks” section.
