Dolomiti Superski, the world's largest ski area, continues on its journey toward a personalized, omnichannel customer experience. 


With 1,200 km of slopes spread across 15 ski areas, the vast Dolomite area is packed with opportunities to suit every type of guest. To simplify the choice of ski passes, Dolomiti Superski has launched an interactive configurator that helps customers plan their vacation in real time.


The configurator takes into account the specific needs of each user and allows them to choose the most advantageous ski pass combination, taking benefit of active promotions and simulating different options. Once the optimal ticket or combination is identified, the customer is directed to the online shop to finalize the purchase in a quick, personalized and convenient way.


Offering an intuitive, flexible and effective tool was made possible by implementing Magnolia's Digital Experience Platform (DXP), which is already used to manage portal content. The Tinext team designed and developed the new configurator taking into account key parameters such as age, group composition, ski area, and time of year.


The effectiveness of the solution is easily measured in the reduction of calls to the call center for service requests or information-a clear indicator of customer satisfaction and the building of a positive relationship with the company.
