Customer's needs

The company needed to improve the communication on the digital channel to promote Royal Caribbean Cruises. Thanks to the integration of a booking engine, the website can not only accompany the potential customer in the decision-making process, but it can also boost sales through the online channel.

Thanks to its flexibility and ease of use, Magnolia CMS was the ideal tool to satisfy the customer’s needs. Each and every page of the website can be easily managed with a few clicks. As for the booking engine integration, Tinext cooperated with EZY, the Swedish company that developed the ad-hoc booking engine tool for Royal Caribbean.

The client benefited of several improvements both on website visitors and website authors, such as:

  • Simple management of all website contents
  • Accurate architecture analysis information
  • User-friendly Content Management System (CMS)
  • Clear and complete content structure
  • External booking engine integration
