Tinext is looking for a Digital Consultant/Project Manager (M/F) for its headquarters in Morbio Inferiore (CH).

Digital Consultant/Project Manager (M/F)
Candidates should have a good mix of team leadership, consultant skills and project management skills.
This position will be based in Tinext’s office in Morbio Inferiore (CH)
Main objectives
The candidate has the responsibility of managing the entire projects’ lifecycle, as well as the integrated digital communication. Moreover, her/his consulting skills will also be fundamental so to both define, document, and coordinate the project.
  • Lead and manage web projects for Tinext clients
  • Give contribution in planning and defining the project scope
  • Respect the project’s objectives and budget
  • Manage the financial-economic side of the project
  • Define and lead the project’s organizational chart
  • Plan activities and resources
  • Manage formal and informal communication towards the client at all levels
  • Produce relevant documentation, including specs documentation
  • Define the framework of the project starting from its strategic objectives; identify and validate all technical and business requirements; coordinate information coming from the technical department; produce project documentation;
  • Ensure the development of the web solution, starting from the formulation of its objectives; allocate and plan the project’s resources, produce all documents regarding the project’s lifecycle both for the client and the team; deal with changes; evaluate solutions together with the technical support;
  • Monitor the project’s progress; produce activity reports; review design and implementation; ensure issues’ closure, and manage the escalation towards all parties; support the team, and coordinate all client’s requests;
  • Make sure all technical and functional documentation is produced;
  • Support the client’s team giving training and planning advice so to ensure the completion of all project’s requirements;
  • Manage the project’s accounting issues, stay within the budget guidelines, and guarantee adjustment to corporate standards. If necessary, execute realignment to the given budget or to the deadline, and produce relevant accounting reports;
  • Periodically inform both the client and the team about the project’s progress producing KPI, analysis, and forecast reports so to identify risks, and mitigation options;
  • Provide training and support to all users;
  • Produce relevant marketing documentation (case studies, presentations).


Know-how and personal requirements
  • 3 to 4 years of experience in the web sector (digital/web agency) in the same or similar position
  • A degree in Marketing and Communication or equivalent
  • Capacity to operate autonomously
  • Knowledge of project management principles and tools
  • Excellent writing skills for producing documentation regarding projects, presentations,etc.
  • Excellent specs documentation skills
  • Excellent communication skills, as well as public speaking skills
  • Knowledge of the digital environment in detail, and willing to keep learning
  • Ability to master all digital and social marketing issues
  • Ability to manage budgets and deadlines
  • Ability to understand the client’s needs and translate them in business requirements, as well as suggest innovative solutions
  • Mastery in wireframes production and editing (through Balsamiq, Axure or other)
  • Knowledge of project management tool(s) (e.g. MS Project or other)
  • Excellent English, both written and spoken
  • Willing to travel and visit clients if necessary
  • The knowledge of Arabic will be considered a plus, as well as owning a PMP certification.
