Map design and analysis

Without exiting the DMS interface of the current Internet browser, the document manager can access the Process Editor directly. The main strength of this component consists in the possibility of designing your own business company processes, from the easiest to the most complex, in a completely independent way. It is enough to drag the elements available in the library at map level and you will define the process steps, their interconnections, the people who shall accomplish a given task and the relevant deadlines. Some system automatic features can help to move elements inside the platform, to change their status, to assure proper communication – also by e-mail, and to keep users up to date as far as activities on the processes are required.

Progress check and workflow optimization

Each activated process can be monitored for what concerns status, progress, taking in charge of activities, etc. Knowing who is in charge of approving a supplier invoice or where my request for holiday is lying allows a granular control of the events I have in charge. The use of Web Reports further facilitates this task and allows to create real control “dashboards” to have an overall view of all processes by typology.

Legacy and ERP integration

Any company workflow has necessarily an impact on the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system and on the myriad of other internal applications required for the company operativeness. A smooth integration with these application packages represents the secret of success for each Enterprise Content Management project.
