EOC is composed by six hospital buildings distributed on the whole area of Canton Ticino. Thanks to this capillary presence, the Ente covers the region with healthy services in a global, proximal way, regardless of the place where services are required.EOC differentiates for quality and security in treatments and allows patients to benefit of medical and technological progresses, whose effectiveness has been proven.

Need
To renew the existing website.
The purpose of the new website is to make clear that the EOC is a capillary structure in the region and besides high quality services it offers professional human resources.

Solution
The website contains sections dedicated to patients and to visitors and an area dedicated to professionals.
For each hospital or institute, part of EOC, a lot of information are available on the website, especially those about courses, doctor’s’ schedule, appropriate downloaded forms, health and day centre services.

Strenghts
The access to information is easy thanks to an extremely intuitive navigation interface and thanks to a professional search function.
