The new portal dedicated to AIL customers

To allow clients to access all services AIL provides, Tinext developed a new version of myAIL portal. Thanks to new graphics and a dashboard, each customer has all functionalities in the home page to access services such as controlling their data or managing different accounts. 

Responsive Design

Because the smartphones trend is increasing, Tinext developed the portal using responsive design. This new layout will ease plenty of functionalities, such as the meter reading, which will be possible directly from the meter room thanks using a smartphone or a tablet.

Dashboard to speed up the access to information

Once the client logs in, he immediatly lands on the dashboard. All information is structured in boxes - one for each topic - and the main services can be accessed through clicking on a fast access button.  

Managing meter reading and invoicing

The user is guided through every step of the meter reading for electricity, gas or water. User friendly screens characterise the system, which speed up the identification process of the house and meter number.
